FromMyStudio.co.uk is the Online Digital Sketchbook of Visual Artist Steve John who created his first digital artwork on a 1st gen iPodTouch back in 2008 following a nerve injury to his arm whilst painting at his Easel. Due to the injury he swapped Brushes & Paints for fingers and a Touch Screen display. He now uses an iPhone 4S & his Studio is wherever he happens to be. All of the Art & Photography that you will see here have been created on his iPhone.

Steve is one of the pioneers of the Mobile Art Movement and his work has appeared in numerous online publications & was noticed by the Creative Review magazine as early as March 2009. He has helped develop the language and styles of this new Movement with both his Phoneography and Mobile Art. He helped Beta test some of the earliest iPhone Art applications and had his work included in the first mobile phone app featuring Art created on an iPhone in 2009. His Phoneography has been exhibited in New York & Holland.
